I know how uncomfortable it can be to pick up the phone and make that first call.
When you do, I will take time to hear about your situation, answer your questions, and work with you to make a plan. We can do this during our initial phone conversation or you can request a short, complimentary Zoom call—whichever works best for you.
During the current COVID-19 restrictions, I will continue to provide face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy. My practice room is sufficiently large and well ventilated, enabling us to maintain a safe physical distance. Please wear a mask on arrival which you can then remove for the therapy session. I also carry out online therapy via Zoom for those who prefer not to call to the practice.
