As human beings, we’re constantly in the process of ‘becoming’…
This is where we find our hope. Life can seriously dent our sense of self, impacting how we feel today and how we can move forward. However, becoming more self-aware and self-accepting can help us understand why things aren’t working and what we can do about it. Wonderfully, it also helps us to recognise what is so great about us, and even though we may not always believe it, there is so much about us to celebrate!
